Returns & Exchanges

We want every Pawfect Pets & Co order to bring joy to both you and your furry friend. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us at info@pawfectpetsandco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number
  • Your contact details
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Photos of the damage, if possible

After reviewing your message, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can send the item back.

The item must be unworn, unused and in original packaging.

Please note that some items may sell out quickly. If your original item is available, we’ll send a replacement. If not, we’ll work with you to offer an exchange of equal value or a full refund, including shipping.

Pawfect Pets & Co products are crafted with durable, high-quality materials and all items are quality controlled, but no item is completely indestructible. We ensure our products at the time of purchase are free from manufacturing faults or workmanship issues.

If a problem arises, email info@pawfectpetsandco.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue. Warranty claims must be submitted within 6 months of purchase.

Please note, our guarantee does not cover:

  • Everyday wear and tear
  • Damage from chewing, scratching, or misuse
  • Alterations to the product after purchase

Inspect items regularly and supervise your pet during use.
